English Bulldog is a medium-size breed that was initially originated for dog fights and bullbaiting in England. Males weight about 50 pounds whereas females weigh about 40, and they measure between 12 and 14 inches tall at the withers. They're friendly, playful and protective. Also Bulldogs fit well in apartments, as they don't need much exercise, however, beware of their snores and drools.
